“Kidmin”. The new name for children’s ministry.
What is it?
Childcare?
Storytelling?
The place down the hall where all the “little ones” go?
A couple hours of relief for parents on the weekend?
Fun and games?
The place where kids are “spiritually formed”?
A color?
What is it? Really, can you define what Kidmin is?
We’re going to start this blog by looking at just what this thing is that we call “Kidmin”. But before we give you our definition of Kidmin, you tell us what your definition is! Help us get this blog going and leave us a comment with your definition. Keep it short and succinct. We’ll give you ours soon. Oh, and here’s a hint: it’s all the above…and a whole lot more!

Thanks for all the comments!

Sounds like a vitamin. I’m a children’s minister and kidmin boozes me up and keeps me healthy every single day.
Kidmin is the BEST Place to BE in the Church of course! It’s partnering with parents in the raising of the next generation of God’s people who are sold out to following Jesus and telling others about Him! It’s hangin out with amazing, passionate, talented people who serve God with their gifts and love their calling. It’s the most humbling privelege and opportunity to be a part of God’s plan! There is nothing that has greater value or more impact! And it’s WAY COOL!!!
Kidmin
Loving without precondition, connecting with parents to teach the Gosple (biblcal truth), relaunching kids to be living examples of Jesus Christ
Kidmin: Ministry to kids, involving whatever is included in the word “ministry”, plus all that is unique to kids.
Happy to see the new blog.
Kidmin is using our talents and resources to reach all kids with message of Christ. It’s creating environments, programs and techniques for reaching the many different demographics that kids fall within. It’s equipping and encouraging others to join the team and get the message of Christ to as many kids in as many ways as possible.
