Mission Statement
Kidmin360 exists to provide quality equipping & leadership development for the local church Children’s Ministry community in the form of Kidmin Ministry Assessment, Coaching, Strategic Planning & Ministry Development, Training, Children’s Ministry Staff Search. Our approach is based on what we call The 360° Children’s Ministry.
Core Values
- Leadership - your Children’s Ministry will only rise to the level your Kidmin leaders are able to take it.
- Collaboration - working together to equip leaders is always better than working alone.
- Authority - Kidmin should always support and enhance the vision/mission of the church as a whole, under the leadership of the Senior/Lead Pastor.
- Relationships - ministry happens best through relationships.
- Structure - relationships through which ministry happens are best initiated & developed within a ministry characterized by structure and effective systems.
- Family - while effective ministry might take place within the church setting, and in many cases is the only place it will happen for the child, the ideal Kidmin is strongly focused on equipping parents to disciple their own children within the family setting.
Leadership
KidMin360 was created by Greg Baird in 2010 as a transformation of Kids In Focus Ministries (founded by Greg Baird in 2000), and is located in San Diego, California. See references for Greg Baird here.
